Aviator LLC Responds after Spribe grounds Rival in UK

Spribe just secured a powerful legal win in the UK’s High Court against rival Aviator LLC.

Spribe just secured a powerful legal win in the UK’s High Court against rival Aviator LLC.

In a major development in the ongoing intellectual property battle over the Aviator crash game, the UK High Court has granted Spribe an interim injunction blocking Aviator LLC from launching a competing product in the UK. Spribe claims full ownership of the Aviator game, first launched in 2018, and accuses Aviator LLC of attempting to misappropriate its brand and goodwill. The legal battle, which began in Georgia, has now spilled into the UK market with a trial expected in 2026 or 2027.

Aviator LLC argues it never intended to launch in the UK imminently, and that the injunction is commercially irrelevant. However, legal experts note that this ruling strengthens Spribe’s IP position internationally and underscores the growing importance of crash game trademarks. The full written ruling is expected soon.
