EveryMatrix Launches AI Bonus Guardian to Fight Abuse Fraud
EveryMatrix confirmed the release of Bonus Guardian on 2 December, marking its official entry into the bonus abuse mitigation market. Integrated into the company’s BonusEngine and EngageSuite stack, the tool leverages machine learning to analyse player activity, identify emerging abuse patterns and react through automated, role-based interventions. The company said the objective is to protect marketing investment and operator margins without compromising the experience of legitimate players.
Bonus abuse has grown into one of the most persistent challenges for online gambling operators, with industry data indicating it now accounts for more than 63% of detected fraud cases. As players increasingly organise, collaborate and use automated systems, AI models and synthetic identities, traditional rule-based fraud controls have struggled to keep pace. This has created demand for adaptive solutions capable of responding in real time to evolving behaviours.
According to Stian Enger, EveryMatrix’s head of casino, Bonus Guardian functions as a dynamic shield rather than a static filter. He emphasised that the system continuously evolves based on observed player behaviour, using artificial intelligence to strengthen its accuracy and detection capabilities. The company said this adaptive design allows operators to apply targeted measures such as bonus exclusion, withdrawal holds and other automated responses to mitigate financial risk.
The launch positions EveryMatrix in direct competition with providers like Greco, which has traditionally led the bonus abuse prevention segment. With operators facing increasing financial pressure from promotion-driven exploitation, Bonus Guardian arrives at a time of heightened focus on fraud mitigation technologies. By delivering a more intelligent and responsive toolset, EveryMatrix aims to provide operators with both protection and operational efficiency in an increasingly complex promotional landscape.
