Games Valley names Ariel Reem CEO ahead of rebrand push
Games aggregator Games Valley has appointed Ariel Reem as its new CEO as the company prepares for a rebrand and expansion into additional regulated gambling markets. The leadership change comes as the business positions itself for international growth and deeper integration with licensed operators.
In his new role, Reem will guide the upcoming rebrand while overseeing market entry strategies across regulated jurisdictions. Games Valley operates as a B2B aggregator, providing operators with access to gaming content through integrations designed to enhance performance, data utilisation, and monetisation. The company says its platform is built around data-driven tools that support game placement optimisation, player engagement, and revenue generation.
According to Games Valley, Reem’s experience managing complex portfolios across multiple jurisdictions will inform its approach to regulatory compliance and product development. He will also oversee further technical advancement of the platform, including enhancements to analytics and integration capabilities. These developments are intended to support operators operating in increasingly competitive and tightly regulated markets.
Reem joins Games Valley following a seven-year tenure as CEO of Genesis Global, a multi-brand online casino operator he founded and led until its wind-down. During that period, Genesis Global operated more than 20 casino brands across regulated markets, including the UK and Europe, before exiting the industry following regulatory action.
Prior to Genesis Global, Reem spent six years at Mansion Group, where he held senior marketing roles focused on customer acquisition and brand performance. He also previously served as CEO of digital marketing firm ExtractNet.
Games Valley’s appointment of Reem reflects a strategic push to scale its technology offering while strengthening long-term relationships with licensed operators navigating evolving regulatory expectations.
