Hann Group Targets Second Integrated Casino at New Clark City by 2030
Hann Group is preparing plans for a second integrated casino resort within its New Clark City development in Central Luzon, with completion targeted around 2030. The proposed project would form part of Phase 2 of the large-scale Hann Reserve complex and reflects the company’s long-term confidence in the region as an emerging tourism and entertainment hub.
The expansion follows the performance of Hann Casino Resort in Clark, Pampanga, which has established itself as a prominent integrated resort in the country. Company leadership has positioned the group toward sustained growth by combining gaming operations with hospitality, golf tourism, and mixed-use lifestyle infrastructure rather than relying solely on high-roller casino segments.
Phase 2 Development Beyond Gaming
According to company executives, the second integrated resort is envisioned as an anchor project within the broader Hann Reserve master plan, located a short distance from the existing Clark resort.
