IGT’s global lottery business has officially rebranded as Brightstar, as part of a strategic restructuring ahead of the July 2025 sale of its Gaming and Digital units to Apollo Global Management.
Brightstar will operate as a standalone lottery-focused company, retaining its role as a leading provider for:

- Over 50% of U.S. state lotteries
- 90+ clients across six continents
