Intralot has officially named Robeson Reeves as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership shift following the company’s acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive. The decision was formalized during a recent board meeting, aligning with the strategic transition plan announced in July when the €2.7 billion deal was agreed.
Reeves, who previously led Bally’s International Interactive, succeeds Nikolaos Nikolakopoulos, who transitions to the role of President. Chrysostomos Sfatos has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, completing a new executive structure designed to support Intralot’s next phase of global growth.
As part of this restructuring, Intralot’s board of directors has also been refreshed, integrating key leadership from both organizations. The updated board, chaired by founder Sokratis Kokkalis, includes representatives from Standard General, Intracom Holdings, and Bally’s, emphasizing a strengthened international vision.
This leadership overhaul follows Intralot’s acquisition of Bally’s technology business, positioning the Greek operator as a leading digital gaming and lottery technology provider. The deal makes Bally’s a majority shareholder in Intralot, further aligning their long-term strategic goals.
Reeves’ appointment is expected to drive operational efficiency and digital expansion, particularly across Europe and North America. With enhanced technological capabilities and an integrated leadership team, Intralot is now poised to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the evolving global gaming landscape.
