Oddin.gg Appoints Martin Lycka as VP Institutional Affairs
Oddin.gg has strengthened its regulatory and institutional leadership with the appointment of Martin Lycka as Vice President of Institutional Affairs. The newly created role reflects the company’s continued focus on compliance, responsible gambling, and long-term growth across regulated esports betting markets.
Lycka brings more than 15 years of senior regulatory and responsible gambling experience across Europe, North America, and Latin America. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President for American Regulatory Affairs and Responsible Gambling at Entain, where he led regulatory strategy across the Americas and oversaw esports-related regulatory matters on a global scale. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Gaming Association.

In his new role at Oddin.gg, Lycka will work closely with regulators, policymakers, tournament organisers, publishers, and industry integrity bodies to ensure the company’s esports betting solutions continue to meet evolving regulatory expectations. Based on the US East Coast, he will also support Oddin.gg’s expansion into additional regulated jurisdictions worldwide.
