His background includes senior leadership positions at Aspire Global, where he spent seven years in roles including Chief Operating Officer, helping scale the business and strengthen its commercial performance. He later served as Managing Director at BtoBet, before taking on a leadership role within Aristocrat Interactive following its acquisition of the sportsbook provider. Across these roles, Reiderman developed a track record of aligning commercial ambition with regulatory complexity and operational discipline.
At RubyPlay, his remit is centred on accelerating operator partnerships across regulated jurisdictions, while ensuring the company’s content strategy scales in line with market requirements.
