Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International have confirmed a series of senior executive appointments across major U.S. properties, including Florida, Ohio, and the Las Vegas Strip.

The leadership updates cover Hollywood, Tampa,Cincinnati,and the under-development Las Vegas property scheduled to open in 2027.The changes reflect coordinated executive positioning across both established and future assets.

New Presidents Appointed in Florida

Hollywood: Leadership at the Guitar Hotel Flagship

Randy Morton has been named President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. He will oversee the Guitar Hotel property and report to Seminole Gaming COO David Hoenemeyer.

Morton brings extensive Las Vegas experience, including serving as President and COO of Bellagio. His background spans integrated resort operations, luxury hospitality, and large-scale gaming management.

Hollywood remains one of the company’s flagship properties, combining gaming, hospitality, entertainment, and food and beverage operations.

Tampa: Oversight at a High-Performing Property

Travis Lunn has been appointed President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.

Lunn most recently served as President and COO of Mandalay Bay. He brings more than 25 years of gaming and hospitality leadership experience.

Tampa is one of the company’s highest-performing properties in Florida and plays a key role in its U.S. operations.

Cincinnati: Internal Transition in a Regional Market

Bo Guidry has transitioned to President of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati after seven years leading operations in Hollywood.

During his tenure in Florida, Guidry oversaw expansion initiatives, including the opening of the Guitar Hotel and the rollout of sports betting and table game expansions.

Cincinnati operates in a competitive regional market where operational consistency and customer retention remain central to performance.

Las Vegas Strip: Preparing for 2027 Opening

Justin Wyborn has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. He will report to property President Joe Lupo.

The Las Vegas property is currently under redevelopment and is scheduled to open in 2027. It represents one of the company’s most significant development projects.

Wyborn brings more than 25 years of international hospitality experience,including leadership roles within Hard Rock’s U.S. portfolio.

Strategic Positioning Across Markets

The appointments strengthen leadership across established revenue-generating properties while positioning management ahead of the Las Vegas reopening.
