Mindway AI Partners with Amelco to Strengthen Global Compliance and Licensing Services with AI-Driven Responsible Gambling Technology
Mindway AI has partnered with sportsbook platform provider Amelco to integrate AI-driven responsible gambling monitoring into Amelco’s operator platform.
The agreement embeds Mindway AI’s behavioural analysis technology within Amelco’s infrastructure, expanding the compliance and player-protection tools available to operators using the platform.

Amelco supplies sportsbook and trading technology to major operators including Fanatics, Hard Rock Bet, Entain and Flutter Entertainment. Integrating responsible gambling detection directly into its platform strengthens Amelco’s compliance infrastructure as regulatory scrutiny increases across major betting markets.
Platform-Level Responsible Gambling Integration
Under the partnership, Mindway AI’s monitoring technology will form part of Amelco’s compliance toolkit, enabling operators to identify and respond to potentially harmful gambling behaviour through automated analysis.
Mindway AI’s systems analyse behavioural data to detect indicators of problem gambling and flag at-risk players for intervention, a capability that has become increasingly important as regulators take enforcement action against operators for failing to identify harmful gambling behaviour, such as the UKGC’s £2m fine against Paddy Power over player protection failures. The company’s technology currently monitors more than 14 million active players each month across more than 65 jurisdictions.
Embedding the tools directly within the sportsbook platform removes the need for operators to deploy separate responsible gambling integrations.

The partnership reflects growing regulatory expectations around player protection, particularly in markets such as the US and UK where operators face increased scrutiny over responsible gambling controls, as broader regulatory debates continue to reshape the American gambling landscape, including the rise of prediction markets.
Platform providers are increasingly incorporating compliance technologies directly into their infrastructure as operators seek scalable solutions to meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, particularly as vendor security standards tighten across North American procurement frameworks following Mindway AI’s recent SOC 2 Type 2 certification.
For Amelco, the integration strengthens its compliance infrastructure for operators in tightly regulated markets. For Mindway AI, the deal expands distribution through a sportsbook platform already used by several major betting operators.
