Bragg Gaming and Entain Agree Five-Month PAM Extension supporting BetCity growth

Bragg Gaming Group has announced an extension of its existing Player Account Management agreement with Entain Plc, covering operations for BetCity.nl in the Dutch regulated market. The extension ensures that BetCity.nl will continue to operate on Bragg’s proprietary PAM platform, alongside its aggregated online casino content and sportsbook delivery products, through May 31, 2026.

BetCity.nl has been powered by Bragg’s technology since its original market launch and has grown into one of the Netherlands’ leading online sports betting and casino brands. In 2023, the operator was acquired by Entain, one of the world’s largest betting and gaming groups, marking a significant consolidation move in the Dutch market. Following the acquisition, both companies agreed to explore a potential migration of BetCity.nl to Entain’s proprietary platform.

The latest extension is intended to support that transition process, while maintaining platform stability and service continuity for players in the interim. Although discussions regarding a longer-term agreement may continue, Bragg noted that there is no assurance that further agreements will be finalized beyond the current extension period.

Bragg Chief Executive Officer Matevž Mazij highlighted the company’s role in BetCity.nl’s growth and emphasized that the extension is expected to materially contribute to reported revenues. These contributions will come through ongoing platform services as well as migration-related support delivered over the coming months.

The agreement reflects Bragg’s continued relevance as a technology partner within regulated European markets, where flexibility, scalability, and compliance remain critical factors for operators navigating ownership changes and platform strategy decisions.
