Entain has accelerated its global sportsbook innovation with a series of significant product enhancements across the UK, US, and Brazil. These updates aim to elevate player experiences, improve app performance, and introduce market-specific features designed to cater to local preferences. Among the upgrades, Entain now processes 90% of withdrawals within one minute, reflecting a strong commitment to fast and efficient customer service.
Central to this initiative is the proprietary Football BetBuilder, which has driven an 80% increase in pre-match turnover and doubled the share of turnover to 12% in the markets where it is available. In addition, new tools like the Quacca Bar, introduced for Ladbrokes and Coral, allow users to build, edit, and place multiple bets seamlessly within the app, with adoption surging to over 60% of total bets.
In the US, live same-game parlays for MLB and NFL have launched, with NBA markets expected to follow. Brazil has received a host of innovative features, including Fantasy Markets, AccaBoost, in-play football BetBuilder, and Stats Pro, an integrated stats hub providing real-time tracking and deeper insights into betting activity.
Entain continues to release 150 new games every month, with 20% offered as early-access or exclusive titles. Its rewards system has already seen 40 million coins redeemed, highlighting strong engagement from players.
Satty Bhens, CTO at Entain, emphasised that the company is moving from catching up to setting industry benchmarks, upgrading trading operations while modernising sportsbook technology. This global rollout underscores Entain’s position as a leader in sportsbook product innovation, offering enhanced player experiences while supporting sustainable growth across multiple international markets
