BETER Secures Event Wagering Supplier License in Arizona from Arizona Department of Gaming and Expands US Presence with bet365
BETER has expanded its US regulatory footprint after receiving an Event Wagering Supplier License from the Arizona Department of Gaming, allowing the company to provide betting content to licensed operators in the state.
The approval enables BETER to supply its fast-betting content suite including live streams, real-time data feeds and odds services to sportsbooks operating in Arizona. The supplier’s proprietary ESportsBattle tournaments and Setka Cup table tennis series are now live in the state through long-term partner bet365.
Seventh regulated US state
Alongside Arizona, the company is already certified in several regulated US markets, including North Carolina, where BETER previously secured sports wagering approval.

The licence allows BETER to distribute its high-frequency betting content, a segment designed to drive sustained in-play engagement and wagering volume for sportsbook operators.
Fast-betting content aimed at sportsbook engagement
BETER’s product portfolio focuses on continuous, short-format betting events, delivering more than 700,000 events annually with up to 50 betting markets per event.
According to BETER, the formats deliver average operator margins above 7.5%, positioning the content as a high-frequency wagering tool for sportsbooks seeking sustained engagement, a model the company is also expanding globally through operator partnerships such as BETER’s fast-betting expansion with Meridianbet.
Its esports offering includes ESportsBattle tournaments covering titles such as eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey and eTennis. On the traditional sports side, the company operates proprietary competitions including the Setka Cup table tennis series and the BSKT Cup basketball league.
Regulatory approvals remain central to US strategy
CEO Gal Ehrlich described the Arizona licence as another step in the company’s expansion across regulated US markets, following earlier regulatory milestones including BETER sits regulated US presence with Florida approval.
BETER is continuing licensing efforts in additional jurisdictions, including Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois.
Chief Legal Officer Valeriia Tarchynska said the Arizona approval process took eight months and involved extensive regulatory review before certification was granted.
As more US states expand supplier licensing frameworks, multi-state approvals remain critical for content providers seeking partnerships with national sportsbook operators.
