Pavilion Payments Appoints 35-Year Gaming Tech Leader Angelo Palmisano as Chief Product Officer
Pavilion Payments has appointed Angelo Palmisano as Chief Product Officer (CPO), strengthening the company’s product leadership as it expands its omnichannel payments infrastructure for casino operators and cashless gaming ecosystems.
Based in Las Vegas, Palmisano will lead Pavilion Payments’ product and innovation strategy, overseeing product development, design and platform evolution across the company’s portfolio of cashless, compliance and iGaming payment solutions.
The appointment signals Pavilion’s continued investment in product-led growth and deeper integration between casino payments infrastructure and operator technology ecosystems.
Veteran Gaming Technology Executive
Palmisano brings more than 35 years of experience across the global gaming and casino technology sectors, with expertise spanning:
- Casino management systems
- Electronic gaming machines (EGMs)
- Payments infrastructure
- Automation and loyalty technologies
- Digital signage and player engagement systems
He is widely known as the founder of Paltronics, which grew into a global gaming technology business with operations across North America, Australia, South Africa and Asia.
Following the acquisition of Paltronics’ North American division by Aristocrat Technologies in 2014, Palmisano joined the supplier as Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Innovation, a company that continues expanding its slot portfolio with titles such as Spooky Link Grand recently debuting at Mohegan Sun. In that role, he helped expand Aristocrat’s systems portfolio into a multi-property enterprise platform, supporting deployments with major operators including Boyd Gaming, Choctaw Casinos and The Cordish Companies.
Prior to joining Pavilion Payments, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Win Systems.
Product Leadership Role
As Chief Product Officer, Palmisano will be responsible for driving Pavilion’s product roadmap, aligning innovation across payments, compliance and digital gaming initiatives while scaling the company’s platform for both land-based and igaming environments.
According to CEO Diallo Gordon, Palmisano’s experience across gaming systems and platform innovation will support Pavilion’s efforts to deepen system integrations and expand data-driven capabilities for casino operators.
Palmisano said he intends to build on Pavilion’s existing product platform to develop payment technologies that support long-term operator growth.
