Fast Track Launches Native Fast Track AI App For iPhone, Putting Its Full AI CRM On Mobile
For a long time, the desk was where the commercial calls got made. You waited for the report, sat through the meeting, then went back to your screen to act.
Fast Track has just put that whole sequence in your pocket. The company has released a native Fast Track AI app for iPhone, available now on the App Store. Announced in Malta on 25 September 2026, it takes Fast Track AI beyond the desktop and lets users stay connected to their business and make commercial decisions wherever they are.
Fast Track puts its full AI CRM on the iPhone
There is no trimmed-down mobile version here. The full capabilities of Fast Track AI are in the app, built around how people actually use their phones through the day.
It is always to hand and keeps working beyond an active browser session. Fast Track AI has seen strong adoption since launching in 2025, and going fully native builds on that rather than starting over.
What operators can do inside the Fast Track AI app
This is a working tool, not a screen to glance at. Users can ask how a market performed over the weekend, see how the site is doing, understand what a player is doing or check a specific campaign.
They can also design and build campaigns, edit existing work and approve actions straight from their phone. The shift is in the timing: decisions that once waited for a report or a meeting can now be acted on in the moment.
A native build gives operators the same standard as the desktop platform
The detail operators will care about most is that this is a native app, not a wrapper around the web product. That is what keeps it trustworthy for real work.
Patrik Potocki, CTO of Fast Track, is direct about the bar it had to clear:
“Fast Track AI on a phone has to meet the same standard as the platform itself: the same real-time data, the same permissions and the same audit trail. We built it as a native app rather than a wrapper around the web product, so it is fast, secure and feels like it belongs on the phone.”
Parity on data, permissions and audit trail is what turns a phone from a convenient window into a genuine work surface. It is also what makes approving a real action on mobile defensible rather than risky.
Fast Track sees mobile access widening AI CRM’s reach
For Fast Track, getting the app onto a device operators already carry is about who gets to use AI, and how often.
Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track, sets out the thinking:
“What excites me most is that this makes Fast Track AI relevant to more people, in more parts of their work. It becomes easier to bring AI into the decisions you make throughout the day, whether that is understanding performance, exploring what is happening in the business or actually getting work done. The more accessible Fast Track AI becomes, the more problems it can help solve, and I think we are only beginning to see the potential of that.”
The rollout is simple for the operators it is aimed at. The app is available now for existing Fast Track partners on the App Store, and users sign in with their existing credentials.
Will mobile access reshape how iGaming operators make commercial decisions?
Putting the full platform on a phone closes the gap between a question and an action, and that is where the value sits. In a sector where the distance between spotting something and doing something about it can move revenue, an AI CRM that travels with the operator is aimed right at the moment decisions get made.
How far daily work actually moves onto mobile will be the real measure. The direction, though, is hard to miss.
Fast Track is an AI-native technology company shaping the future of CRM, serving hundreds of companies worldwide, with offices in Malta, Sweden, Spain and the United States.
