Rush Street Interactive Q3 2026 Revenue Rises 39% to $385.9 Million as North America Users Hit a Record

RSI Q3 Revenue Rises 39% to $385.9M as Users Hit Record | iGaming News Today

Rush Street Interactive has reported third quarter revenue that grew faster than most of its mid-cap peers, but the number operators will linger on is further down the release. Profit grew harder than the top line, and the company held its full year outlook steady even as it opened a new market.

The Chicago-based operator announced revenue of $385.9m for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, up 39% from $277.9m a year earlier, with net income of $28.7m and Adjusted EBITDA of $62.2m. It also reiterated its guidance for the full year.

Revenue of $385.9m marked a 39% year-on-year increase. Below that, the operating leverage shows: net income climbed 93% to $28.7m from $14.8m, and Adjusted EBITDA rose 73% to $62.2m from $36.0m. Adjusted sales and marketing expense was $54.7m, or 14.2% of revenue, which the company framed as spending that delivered attractive returns rather than a cost that outran growth.

“Our third quarter results demonstrated the scale we’ve built into our business model. We grew revenues 39% while demonstrating continued operating leverage, even as we invested more in marketing where we saw attractive returns,” said Richard Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer of RSI.

Why Record Monthly Active Users Matter for This Online Casino Operator

Total Monthly Active Users reached 907,881 in the quarter, up 42% year on year, with North America setting a new quarterly record at 300,572 users, up 34%, and Latin America, which includes Mexico, at 607,308 users, up 46%. Online casino, the company noted, remains the engine of its profitability.

How RSI’s North America and Latin America Numbers Tell Different Stories

The sharpest contrast in the release is average revenue per Monthly Active User. In North America it was $309 for the quarter, against $58 in Latin America. That single split explains why the two regions are not interchangeable. North America is where RSI monetises hardest, carrying the bulk of the margin on fewer, higher-value users. Latin America is the volume side, with a much larger user base that the company says includes customers acquired during the World Cup who have stayed active across its products. Read together, the two markets are doing complementary jobs rather than competing for the same role.

What RSI’s Full Year 2026 Guidance Signals for the Gaming Market

RSI reiterated its full year 2026 guidance of $1.56bn to $1.60bn in revenue, representing growth of 38% to 41%, and Adjusted EBITDA of $245m to $265m. The company noted its guidance assumes operations only in jurisdictions live as of the release date and continued operation under similar tax structures, including the temporary emergency 16% tax decree in Colombia. Holding guidance steady while flagging that assumption openly is a measured signal, neither a raise nor a retreat.

What Comes Next for RSI in the Regulated Gaming Market?

RSI enters the fourth quarter with its Alberta launch now more than three months old, a market the company expects to ramp gradually rather than immediately. Operating the BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse and RushBet brands across 15 US states and international markets in Colombia, Canada (Alberta and Ontario), Mexico and Peru, RSI is leaning on a familiar pattern: defend and deepen monetisation in mature North American markets while using lower-cost scale in Latin America to build the user base. “In Alberta, we are now more than three months into our launch, and while we expect the ramp to be gradual, we’re excited about the opportunities in this new market,” said Schwartz. For operators watching the Americas, RSI’s quarter is a reminder that the next phase of this market is won less on raw user growth and more on how efficiently each of those users is monetised.
