Push Gaming Appoints Jonathan Moretta to Strengthen Global Account Strategy
Push Gaming has appointed Jonathan Moretta as its new Head of Account Management, aiming to strengthen operator relationships and improve execution across global markets. The move is part of a broader effort to align its leadership structure with 2026 commercial priorities, particularly around scaling operations and improving partner performance.
Jonathan Moretta, Head of Account Management at Push Gaming, brings over six years of experience in iGaming. He most recently worked at Games Global, where he held several senior roles, including Head of Live Casino and US Senior Business Evaluation Manager. Before that, he was with Microgaming, progressing through roles in games delivery and partnerships.
His experience across partnerships, commercial evaluation, and live casino gives him a practical understanding of how suppliers and operators work together, particularly when it comes to performance and revenue alignment.
Why Account Management Is Becoming the Real Battleground for Suppliers
Operator relationships now directly impact game performance
In his new role, Moretta will lead account management strategy, focusing on how Push Gaming works with key operator accounts on a day-to-day level. This includes improving communication, response times, and overall coordination between teams.
Visibility and placement driven by execution quality
Account management is becoming increasingly important for suppliers. It affects how games are positioned, how often they are featured, and how they perform over time. Strong execution here can lead to better visibility and sustained performance, while weak execution can limit reach even for high-quality content.
Execution Determines Whether Content Scales or Stalls
Ensuring consistent positioning across operator platforms
Moretta will also be responsible for ensuring that both existing titles and upcoming releases are properly represented across operator platforms. This means working closely with partners to align product positioning with what works best for their audiences.
Reducing underperformance through structured account support
For operators, inconsistent supplier support can lead to underperforming games, poor placement, and missed revenue opportunities. As content libraries grow, structured and consistent account management is becoming more important for maintaining performance.
Scaling Execution, Not Just Content, Ahead of 2026 Growth Targets
Strengthening commercial structure alongside regional expansion
This appointment supports Push Gaming’s wider investment in its commercial and operational setup ahead of 2026. It also follows the company’s recent move to strengthen its LATAM expansion strategy, where it appointed Marcieli Pelizzaro as Head of Latin America, signalling a parallel focus on regional growth and execution capability.
Industry shift toward execution-led supplier strategies
As competition increases, suppliers are focusing not just on content, but on how effectively that content is delivered and supported across markets. Across the industry, more suppliers are putting emphasis on account management as a way to stay competitive, especially as operator platforms become more crowded.
Stronger account management is expected to improve consistency, support partner performance, and help Push Gaming expand in key markets. It also reflects a more structured approach to managing accounts, with greater focus on measurable outcomes.
Chief Commercial Officer Alistair Johnston, who was recently appointed to lead Push Gaming’s global commercial strategy, said Moretta’s global experience and relationship-focused approach will support the company’s commercial plans and help strengthen its operator network.
From Relationship Management to Revenue Control
Account management evolving into a revenue-driving function
The move shows a shift in how Push Gaming approaches account management from a relationship-focused role to one that directly impacts performance and revenue. By improving how its content is positioned and supported across operator platforms, the company is aiming to get more value from its portfolio.
Execution emerging as a key differentiator in iGaming
As the iGaming sector continues to evolve, execution is becoming just as important as content quality. Suppliers that can consistently deliver strong performance at the operator level are likely to stand out. This appointment reflects Push Gaming’s focus on improving in that area.
