Greek Betting Traffic Rankings 2026: Data Reveals Market Leaders and Growth Shifts

Greek Sportsbook Traffic: Stoiximan Leads April Rankings | iGaming News Today

Greece’s online betting market is rarely static, and April 2026 traffic data makes that clearer than ever. While familiar names continue holding top positions, the numbers beneath the surface reveal a broader story shaped by shifting audience momentum, rising mobile engagement and increasingly active competition across the market.

Website traffic remains one of the clearest indicators of player engagement and operator visibility. Although traffic figures do not directly translate into revenue or player value, they often provide an early signal of changing audience behaviour and competitive movement.

Stoiximan Continues Holding a Lead the Market Has Yet to Close

Stoiximan retained a sizeable lead across Greece’s sportsbook market, generating approximately 13.8 million monthly visits in April 2026, a modest 0.04% increase compared with the previous month. Mobile traffic accounted for approximately 70.2% of visits, reflecting strong audience engagement across devices.

Behind the market leader, Novibet strengthened its position with 6.08 million monthly visits, posting a 9.5% month-on-month increase, while bet365 Greece generated 5.38 million visits despite recording a 4.36% decline.

Collectively, the leading trio generated more than 25 million monthly visits, reinforcing the degree of audience concentration across Greece’s sportsbook sector.

Beneath the Leaders, Audience Momentum Is Moving in Different Directions

Outside the leading brands, April’s figures revealed a market moving in different directions.

bwin Greece grew 9.98% to reach 1.42 million visits, while Winmasters delivered one of the strongest performances in the wider market, climbing 18.18% to surpass 1.1 million visits. Sportingbet also posted positive movement, adding 13.27%.

On the other side, Betarades recorded a 14.8% decline, Foxbet dropped 14.42%, while Vistabet and Interwetten posted decreases of 16.29% and 14.1% respectively.

The mixed performance suggests audience competition beneath the leading operators remains increasingly fluid. The figures also reinforce how smaller operators increasingly compete through acquisition efficiency rather than scale alone.

OPAP’s Digital Growth Emerges as April’s Biggest Surprise

Among April’s figures, one performance stands apart.

OPAP recorded a 30.43% month-on-month increase, reaching 327,276 visits, while NetBet Greece generated a comparable 323,547 visits despite posting a 4.81% decline.

The performance is notable given OPAP’s long-standing association with retail and lottery operations. While traffic growth alone does not alter the wider market hierarchy, the increase may point toward stronger digital engagement trends from a business historically tied more closely to retail activity.

For competitors, any sustained shift in OPAP’s online engagement could become increasingly relevant given the brand’s broader retail reach and customer base.

Mobile Engagement Is Becoming the Deciding Competitive Factor

Across Greece’s sportsbook ecosystem, mobile usage increasingly appears less like a growth trend and more like a market standard.

NetBet generated a mobile share above 90%, while OPAP and Winmasters both exceeded 84% mobile traffic. Even Stoiximan’s 70.2% mobile share sits toward the lower end of a market where desktop engagement continues losing ground.

For operators, the figures increasingly suggest that acquisition and retention strategies are being shaped around mobile performance rather than traditional desktop experiences.

What April’s Numbers Suggest About Greece’s Competitive Landscape

  • Stoiximan maintained a sizeable lead with 13.8M visits
  • Novibet strengthened its position as the market’s strongest challenger
  • OPAP recorded the largest monthly increase (+30.43%)
  • Winmasters delivered one of the strongest growth performances
  • Mobile traffic continued dominating audience behaviour

Leadership Remains Stable, But Audience Loyalty Appears Increasingly Fluid

Greece’s April figures paint a market that appears both concentrated and highly competitive at the same time.

Stoiximan’s leadership position remains firmly intact, but gains recorded by Winmasters, bwin, Sportingbet and OPAP — alongside double-digit declines elsewhere — suggest audience movement remains active.

Traffic figures alone do not determine winners. However, in a market where player attention increasingly shapes competitive positioning, they remain one of the clearest indicators of where momentum currently sits.

Traffic estimates are based on Similarweb web analytics data and reflect monthly website activity across Greek-market sportsbook domains. Monthly changes compare performance against the prior month.
