Ex-Vibra Gaming CEO and Leander Games founder Ramiro Atucha has launched a new consultancy firm, Atucha Strategic Advisory, marking his latest entrepreneurial chapter within the iGaming ecosystem. The newly founded company will provide strategic guidance, market entry support, and corporate development advisory for a select group of gaming and technology businesses.
Atucha, one of the most recognized figures in Latin America’s iGaming sector, brings extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and company growth. His career spans nearly 20 years, culminating in his role as CEO of Vibra Gaming until mid-2025. Before entering gaming, he led Ixone Studios, an Argentina-based software and digital identity company.
In announcing the launch, Atucha emphasized his growing passion for helping businesses navigate strategic transitions. “Whether it’s expanding into new markets, refining corporate structures, or aligning leadership teams, these are the challenges that create long-term success,” he said.
While the advisory will initially focus on the Latin American region, Atucha plans to expand globally, collaborating closely with founders and executive teams to deliver measurable strategic value. The first companies to join the Atucha Strategic Advisory portfolio will be announced later this month.
