BETER strengthens regulated US presence with Florida approval
BETER has secured vendor registration in Florida, marking a significant step in its ongoing expansion across regulated US markets. The approval was granted by the Seminole Tribe of Florida dba Seminole Gaming, the authority responsible for overseeing sports betting operations in the state.
Following the registration, BETER’s Setka Cup table tennis tournaments are now available to bettors through Hard Rock Bet. The launch represents BETER’s official entry into the Florida market and makes the state the fifth in the US where Setka Cup is live. The product combines live video streams, real-time data, and fast-settling odds designed for high-frequency betting environments.
BETER provides 24/7 live streaming, data, and odds for approximately 700,000 fast-paced sports and esports events annually. Its portfolio supports up to 50 betting markets per event, delivering operator margins above industry averages. All competitions are monitored by BETER’s dedicated integrity team, ensuring strict compliance with transparency standards and fair play requirements.
Chuck Robinson, Chief Revenue Officer at BETER, said the Florida registration demonstrates the company’s growing momentum in regulated US jurisdictions. He added that partnering with Hard Rock Bet allows BETER to introduce its content to Florida bettors through a trusted sportsbook platform, with further enhancements planned.
Chief Legal Officer Valeriia Tarchynska noted that the approval reflects the strength of BETER’s regulatory strategy and legal expertise. She thanked Seminole Gaming for its cooperation and confirmed that the company remains focused on securing licences and launching products in additional regulated states, including Ohio, Arizona, and Kentucky.
