Sportradar Q3 2026 Results: Revenue Rises 24% to €363 Million as US Sales Jump 47%
Sportradar Group AG has reported third quarter 2026 revenue of €363 million, a 24% rise year-over-year, with the United States and prediction markets driving most of the gain. The sports technology supplier published its results on 3 November 2026, posting profit for the period of €27 million, up 20%, and Adjusted EBITDA of €102 million, up 21%.
The numbers show a company leaning harder into the US market and into prediction markets as twin growth engines, while absorbing higher sport rights costs from its IMG ARENA acquisition.
Sportradar Q3 2026 revenue rises 24% to €363 million
Total revenue reached €363 million for the quarter, up €70 million or 24% on the same period last year. Betting Technology & Solutions, the larger of Sportradar’s two segments, grew 27% to €297 million, led by a 37% increase in Betting & Gaming Content that reflected contributions from the IMG ARENA acquisition and wider uptake among existing and new customers, including prediction market participants.
Managed Betting Services dipped 3%, which Sportradar attributed to lower trading margins on unfavourable sport outcomes. The smaller Sports Content, Technology & Services segment rose 11% to €66 million, helped by a 15% increase in Marketing & Media Services.
Sportradar US revenue climbs 47% to €98 million
US revenue climbed 47% to €98 million in the quarter, while Rest of World grew 17%. As a share of the total, US revenue rose to 27% from 23% a year earlier, which Sportradar linked to market expansion, prediction market growth and customer uptake of its premium content.
That mix shift is a defining feature of the quarter. The US is becoming a larger slice of Sportradar’s overall business, not only a fast-growing line within it.
Sportradar expands Polymarket partnership to 20+ leagues and Euroleague rights to 2031
Sportradar expanded its prediction markets partnership with Polymarket to more than 20 leagues and competitions, including the Bundesliga, Euroleague Basketball and Tennis Grand Slams. It also entered agreements with prediction market makers and brokers, which it said extends its reach across every layer of the prediction market sports ecosystem.
Separately, the company extended its exclusive global distribution of Euroleague Basketball official data and audiovisual betting rights through 2031, covering more than 650 games annually across the EuroLeague and BKT EuroCup competitions.
Sportradar Adjusted EBITDA rises 21% to €102 million at a 28.2% margin
Adjusted EBITDA rose 21% to €102 million, while the Adjusted EBITDA margin moved to 28.2% from 29.0% a year earlier. Sportradar pointed to the inclusion of costs related to IMG ARENA, most notably sport rights, as the main factor, partly offset by lower adjusted personnel costs.
Net cash from operating activities increased 37% to €157 million, while free cash flow rose 12% to €73 million. Profit for the period was also shaped by a €6 million foreign currency loss tied mainly to US dollar-denominated sports rights and €4 million in higher financing costs. The figures show that scaling premium content and rights carries a clear expense line, even in a strong quarter.
Sportradar buys back US$157 million in shares and agrees US$170 million Atrium Sports sale
Sportradar repurchased US$157 million of shares during the quarter. As of 30 October 2026 it had bought back 34 million shares for US$519 million since inception, including US$408 million in 2026, under a total authorised plan of US$1 billion. The company reported cash and cash equivalents of €190 million, total liquidity of €440 million and no debt outstanding.
On 7 October 2026 Sportradar announced an agreement to divest Atrium Sports, the Coaching & Scouting business of Synergy Sports, to Teamworks Innovations for US$170 million, with closing expected in the fourth quarter.
Sportradar reiterates €1,518 to €1,533 million revenue outlook for 2026
Sportradar reiterated its full year 2026 outlook of €1,518 to €1,533 million in revenue and €360 to €368 million in Adjusted EBITDA, with Adjusted EBITDA margin expansion of approximately 70 to 100 basis points on a reported basis. The company also expects its free cash flow conversion rate to exceed the 2025 level of 56%, excluding the impact of non-routine litigation costs. The guidance does not yet include any impact from the Atrium Sports sale.
What do Sportradar’s Q3 2026 results signal for the betting supply chain?
Sportradar’s quarter reads as a supplier scaling two priorities at once: the US market and prediction markets. The CEO framed the performance in familiar terms.
“Sportradar delivered another strong quarter of double-digit growth, once again demonstrating the value of our role as a key technology and content partner to the global sports ecosystem,” said Carsten Koerl, Chief Executive Officer of Sportradar.
For operators, the signal is that the companies supplying their data and content are increasingly tied to prediction market demand and to US expansion, which may shape pricing, product priorities and partnership terms into next year.
