QTech Games Partners with PLAYSTAR to Expand Casino Games Portfolio Across Global iGaming Markets

QTech Games Partners with PLAYSTAR to Expand Slot Portfolio | iGaming News Today

QTech Games has expanded its aggregation platform through a new partnership with Asian casino game developer PLAYSTAR. The deal brings PLAYSTAR’s slot portfolio to operators connected to the QTech platform across several emerging iGaming markets, including territories in Africa and Latin America.

Through the integration, QTech’s operator partners can now access PLAYSTAR titles through a single platform connection. The move forms part of the company’s ongoing effort to broaden the mix of content available on its aggregation platform by adding both established providers and culturally diverse studios.

For operators, the addition introduces more slot content aimed at markets where mobile casino play continues to grow quickly.

QTech Games Builds Aggregation Scale Through Mobile-First Distribution

QTech Games acts as a content aggregator, linking game developers with online casino operators. Instead of integrating with multiple providers separately, operators can connect once to the QTech platform and access games from a range of studios, including names such as Evolution and Yggdrasil.

The platform includes a unified game launcher, wallet integration API and licensing model designed to simplify how casino content is deployed. QTech has also continued investing in platform scalability and AI-led infrastructure following the appointment of Jonny Youssef as Chief Technology Officer earlier this year.

Native mobile apps, localised reporting tools and 24/7 local language support form part of the standard operator offering.

A large part of QTech’s strategy centres on mobile-first distribution. Mobile gaming dominates in many developing iGaming markets, particularly across Asia, Latin America and parts of Africa. By focusing on these regions, QTech aims to help operators expand their game libraries while keeping integrations straightforward.

The company has also been strengthening its European commercial strategy following the appointment of Iryna Alabuhina as Head of Commercial – Europe, signalling a broader push into mature regulated markets.

PLAYSTAR Expands Global Game Distribution Through Aggregation Platforms

PLAYSTAR develops online casino games, with a focus on slot titles for international operator platforms. The studio has built more than a decade of expertise across Asian markets and is now broadening its reach into emerging regions where mobile casino demand continues to climb.

Following the integration, several of the studio’s games are now available through the QTech platform. These include Deng Deng, Super Gems, Lucky Ace 2 and Mahjong Origin. The supplier also brings traditional card games such as Tui Dummy and Hi-Low into the mix.

The games are designed for global markets and support mobile gameplay, which aligns with the platform’s distribution model. Working with aggregation partners allows PLAYSTAR to place its games in front of a wider network of operators across different regions, particularly in territories where the studio previously had limited direct presence.

Executives Highlight Strategic Distribution Value of the Partnership

Angel, BD at PLAYSTAR, said the partnership will help the studio expand the reach of its games beyond its home territories.

She explained that working with QTech Games gives PLAYSTAR access to a broader group of operators, particularly in emerging markets where demand for mobile casino content is increasing. After initial success across its first decade in Asian territories, the studio is now broadening its reach through QTech’s gateway to high-potential regions.

Philip Doftvik said the addition of PLAYSTAR strengthens the platform’s content portfolio. He described PLAYSTAR as a proven performer that prioritises player experience, citing recent industry recognition of the studio as a rising-star supplier.

According to Doftvik, bringing new studios onto the platform allows QTech to keep expanding the range of casino titles available to its operator partners, while showcasing PLAYSTAR’s games across new markets that, in most cases, break new ground for the supplier.

Market Impact as Aggregators Expand Supplier Networks

Content aggregation continues to play an important role in how casino games reach operators. Platforms like QTech allow studios to distribute games more widely while giving operators access to larger game libraries through a single integration.

For QTech Games, the partnership adds another supplier to its growing network of premium studios. For PLAYSTAR, it opens up further distribution opportunities across QTech’s operator base, particularly in growth territories outside its established Asian footprint.

As more markets open and mobile gaming continues to expand, similar partnerships between Asian developers and aggregation platforms are likely to remain a common part of the iGaming supply chain.
