BETFAN’s Next Growth Bet Is Data – Gamblitude Brings AI, Analytics & Predictive Intelligence to Poland
BETFAN, one of Poland’s most recognisable sportsbook operators, has partnered with Gamblitude, an AI-powered intelligence platform built for the iGaming industry. The agreement covers Gamblitude’s full suite of solutions, including its data and analytics platform and predictive models developed specifically for betting and gaming. The move matters because BETFAN is a brand built largely on marketing, and this is the company saying, in public, that its next stage of growth will be built on product and data instead.
Why data now matters more than marketing for the Polish sportsbook
BETFAN earned its position in a crowded Polish market through a strong brand, bold marketing and a willingness to do things differently. According to the company, it is now bringing that same ambition to its product, technology and data capabilities. The logic is simple in BETFAN’s own framing: the brand sets the expectation, and the product has to deliver on it. That means understanding player behaviour faster, measuring the impact of decisions, and building product on data rather than intuition alone.
What the BETFAN and Gamblitude agreement actually involves
Through the partnership, BETFAN gains access to a dedicated data warehouse, self-service dashboards and reporting, automated monitoring through Insight Radar, and Gamblitude’s conversational AI Agent. Together these let teams across the business analyse performance independently, spot changes and ask questions in natural language, all working from consistent KPI definitions and with less reliance on technical support for day-to-day analysis.
The company will also use predictive models built to deepen its understanding of player behaviour and identify emerging changes before they surface in standard reporting. Those model outputs can feed directly into dashboards, segmentation and automated monitoring, linking a read on what is happening today with signals about what is likely to happen next.
What the deal signals about how BETFAN wants to grow
The operator read is fairly direct. Jakub Świsłowski, Vice President of the Management Board at BETFAN, framed marketing as a lasting strength but not the whole story, saying the company believes “the best promotion for any brand is a product that players want to come back to.” He was explicit that BETFAN is not chasing AI as a buzzword, but for its impact on decisions, development speed and player experience.
Gamblitude echoed the point from its side. CEO Wojtek Sznapka pointed to the breadth of the agreement, noting that “by combining the analytics platform with predictive models, we can connect everyday reporting with signals about future player behaviour and business performance.” Notably, BETFAN says the choice was not a top-down technology decision, and that the teams who will use the platform daily were part of the selection.
The limits of what BETFAN has disclosed so far
Worth naming plainly: this is a company announcement, and it sets out intent and capability rather than results. No financial terms, contract length or performance targets were disclosed, and the predictive models are described by what they are designed to do, not by outcomes already delivered. BETFAN’s stated goal of becoming, in its words, “the first second-choice sportsbook in Poland” is a positioning ambition, not a measured milestone. The real test is whether faster player insight translates into product players return to.
What Does This Partnership Signal for Sports Betting Operators?
For the wider betting market, the interesting part is not the tooling but the stance behind it. An operator known for marketing is publicly arguing that brand alone will not carry its next stage, and that product decisions now have to be evidenced. In a Polish market where many operators still lead with promotions, a visible move to compete on data and player experience is the kind of signal rivals tend to notice. Whether it becomes a genuine advantage will depend on execution, but the direction of travel here is clear: for BETFAN, the next fight is over product, and data is the ground it has chosen to fight on.
