6 Consecutive Months at No. 1. Octoplay Leads the U.S. iGaming Supplier Ranking
Octoplay has been ranked number one in the Supplier Summary – Overall (Supplier >2% GGR) category in the United States for the sixth month running, according to the EILERS-FANTINI Online Game Performance Reports covering April, May, June, July, August and September 2026. For a studio that made its US debut less than a year ago, holding the top overall position across six consecutive reports is a marker of consistency in a market that rarely hands it out.
Why the Octoplay US supplier ranking matters now
The ranking is built on New Jersey and Michigan, two of the most competitive iGaming states in the country. A supplier that performs across a dozen smaller markets can post respectable aggregate numbers, but holding the overall top spot on the strength of the two hardest lobbies is a different kind of result. It points to game performance that stands up where player choice and operator competition are at their most intense, rather than volume gathered from softer markets.
How Octoplay built its position in the US online casino market
Octoplay entered New Jersey in June 2025 through BetMGM, adding Rush Street Interactive and Hard Rock Bet in the same state within three months, and going live with bet365 there earlier this year. In December 2025 the company executed its largest US market entry to date, launching in Michigan simultaneously with BetMGM, FanDuel, Fanatics and Rush Street Interactive. That sequence put its content in front of large player bases across both states in quick succession, and the EILERS-FANTINI reports indicate it has held their attention since.
What the ranking signals for iGaming operators
The operator read is straightforward. A games studio that can hold the number one overall position for six months in New Jersey and Michigan has effectively passed the market’s toughest audition. CEO Ralitsa Georgieva framed it in those terms: “New Jersey and Michigan, two of the most competitive iGaming states in the US, took us to number one and kept us there for six months. Pennsylvania is our third U.S. state and comes next, with several more before the end of the year. Operators have seen what our games do in the hardest lobbies in the country, and that is what we bring into every new state.” For operators weighing a supplier, sustained performance in hard markets is a more useful signal than a launch announcement.
The single-market concentration behind the Octoplay result
The caveat is worth stating plainly. The ranking rests on two states, and a position built on New Jersey and Michigan is only as durable as Octoplay’s content pipeline and its ability to repeat that performance elsewhere. Pennsylvania, now open through a recently granted Interim Authorization, is the first real test of whether the result travels. The company says several more states will follow before the end of the year, which will show whether the top spot reflects a repeatable model or a strong start in two favourable markets.
Octoplay’s North American footprint beyond the ranking states
The same trajectory has played out across the border in Canada. Octoplay is live in Ontario and, since this year, Alberta, where it went live with seven tier-one operators on the market’s opening day in June, surpassing Michigan as its largest coordinated entry in any market. More broadly, the studio is approved to operate across 20 regulated markets, with further US state applications in progress.
What Comes Next for Octoplay in the Regulated Gaming Market?
Six consecutive months at the top of the US overall ranking gives Octoplay a credential few newer suppliers can claim, and Pennsylvania will test whether it is transferable beyond the two states that earned it. If the company can carry that performance into additional US states before year-end, the ranking stops reading as a strong debut and starts reading as a scalable position. For operators, the practical point is that proven output in the hardest markets has become Octoplay’s calling card, and the next few states will determine how much weight it can carry.
