WONDR NATION and EWAGERS Partner to Bring Skill-Based Esports Wagering to US Gaming Operators
On 28 September 2026, WONDR NATION, the online gaming and entertainment company owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation (MPTN), announced a strategic partnership with EWAGERS, a skill-based, real money esports wagering platform.
The deal expands WONDR NATION Professional Services & Sales’ digital gaming ecosystem to include EWAGERS’ technology. WONDR NATION will resell and support that platform for gaming and entertainment customers across the United States, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.
Why skill-based esports wagering matters to gaming operators now
Gaming and entertainment businesses are increasingly looking beyond traditional channels to reach audiences where they already spend their time. Skill-based, real money esports wagering targets exactly that: competitive multiplayer gaming audiences who are already playing, competing and connecting online.
What makes this partnership notable is the route to market. Instead of each operator building esports wagering from scratch, WONDR NATION is packaging it as a managed service others can adopt.
What the WONDR NATION and EWAGERS partnership involves
The structure is split along capability lines. EWAGERS serves as the technology and platform provider. WONDR NATION Professional Services & Sales provides customer relationship management, commercial management, customer support and ongoing managed services.
Together they offer gaming enterprises a customisable solution aimed at expanding digital offerings, engaging new audiences and diversifying revenue through the skill-based, real money esports wagering platform.
The platform supports head-to-head wagers, streamer wagers, tournaments and other competitive experiences across multiplayer games, with technology designed to facilitate payments and tournament management.
“Today’s gaming and entertainment businesses are looking beyond traditional channels to meet audiences where they already spend their time competing, playing and connecting. Our partnership with EWAGERS expands the innovative solutions we can bring to market, helping our clients evaluate emerging opportunities in skill-based esports wagering and develop experiences that drive engagement, differentiation and long-term growth.”
Anika Howard, President & CEO, WONDR NATION
How the white-label esports wagering solution works for operators
This is a reselling and services play. WONDR NATION positions itself as the commercial and support layer between EWAGERS’ technology and the operators who want to offer esports wagering without owning the build.
The solution is white-label and designed to support existing brands or create new entertainment opportunities. It also adapts by jurisdiction: real-money participation where permitted, or social gaming using virtual currency where it isn’t.
“Gaming operators are looking for new ways to engage players and expand their digital offerings, and skill-based real money esports experiences create an opportunity to do that in a way that feels native to today’s gaming audience. By combining EWAGERS’ technology with WONDR NATION’s industry expertise and managed services capabilities, we can give operators the flexibility and support to bring these experiences to market and build them into their broader digital strategy.”
Noah Fulk, CEO, EWAGERS
What the partnership means for jurisdictional flexibility
The solution is built to flex with local requirements. Depending on jurisdictional needs, the platform can support skill-based experiences involving real-money participation or be adapted for social gaming using virtual currency.
That dual-mode design is what lets a single white-label product travel across US markets with different rules. Operators get one solution they can position according to where they operate.
Future outlook for WONDR NATION and EWAGERS
The partnership will be announced to the gaming industry at Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2026 in Las Vegas, putting it in front of the operator audience it is built for.
WONDR NATION’s backing adds weight. MPTN is a pioneer of the tribal gaming casino industry, owns Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut and Foxwoods El San Juan Casino in Puerto Rico, and has contributed more than $4.5 billion in slot revenue to Connecticut under a first-of-its-kind 1993 agreement.
A B2B esports wagering offering carrying that operational heritage is positioned to draw operator interest from its G2E debut onward.
