DraftKings Extends IC360 Agreement to Cover Integrity Monitoring Across Sportsbook and Prediction Markets

DraftKings Extends IC360 Integrity Monitoring Agreement | iGaming News Today

Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) has announced an extended agreement with DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) that puts the company’s full integrity and compliance suite across both the DraftKings sportsbook and its predictions platform. Announced on 8 September 2026, the deal is, on its own, routine industry housekeeping. What makes it worth a closer look is the scope: four separate integrity tools pulled into one architecture, covering both traditional wagering and prediction market trading at the same time.

Sportsbooks and prediction markets now share the same integrity risks

Integrity has moved from a back-office checkbox to a front-line concern for operators. As IC360 frames it, sportsbooks and prediction market exchanges are increasingly operating side by side, which means the risks of prohibited betting, insider trading on event contracts, and harassment of athletes now cut across both. An operator running both needs controls that read across both, rather than two disconnected systems. That convergence is the backdrop to this deal.

DraftKings deploys four IC360 tools under one integrity architecture

The agreement marks the first ever single-operator integration in IC360’s ProhiBet and ProhiTrade secure network. It unites four of IC360’s flagship technologies under one roof:

  • Integrity Monitoring provides real-time alerts on suspicious betting and trading patterns across DraftKings Sports, flagging anomalous activity for rapid review by the compliance team.
  • ProhiBet is IC360’s encrypted, continuously updated database that restricts wagering by athletes, coaches, trainers, officials, league personnel and others prohibited from betting on sports they participate in.
  • ProhiTrade is deployed across DKeX and the DraftKings Predictions offering, helping prevent people with material non-public or insider information from trading event contracts on outcomes they can influence.
  • ProhiBet Bad Actors (BA) identifies individuals who use the platform to harass, threaten or abuse athletes, coaches and officials. Flagged accounts can be suspended or permanently terminated, and evidence can be shared with sports leagues, teams and law enforcement where appropriate.

One integrity layer spanning both the sportsbook and predictions platform

Here’s the part operators will care about. Rather than bolting separate tools onto separate products, DraftKings is putting a single integrity architecture across both its sportsbook and its predictions platform. As consumer offerings expand into event-based trading, that unified approach is a practical answer to a structural problem: the same bad actor, or the same suspicious pattern, can now show up on either side of the house.

Lori Kalani, Chief Responsible Gaming Officer at DraftKings, tied the move to the operator’s responsible-gaming stance:

“There is no place for harassment of athletes or attempts to manipulate sports markets in our industry. Our work with IC360 gives us additional tools to identify and address this type of conduct and uphold the integrity of sports.”

Ali Schempp, Chief Commercial Officer at IC360, framed the wider need:

“As consumer market offerings continue to expand, operators and exchanges need systems that work fluently across all verticals.”

Reading the agreement in context

The release describes what these tools are designed to do, not measured outcomes. Detection and enforcement systems are only as strong as the action taken on their alerts, and the announcement does not set out how many accounts have been flagged or terminated, or how quickly. It is also a single-operator deployment; how widely a unified integrity layer is adopted, as IC360 anticipates, will depend on take-up well beyond one operator. Read this as intent and architecture at this stage.

What the deal signals for the wider industry

The more telling signal is structural. As prediction markets and sportsbooks continue to sit alongside each other, the operators that treat integrity as one problem across both, rather than two separate compliance jobs, are the ones setting the template. This deal is an early example of that thinking put into practice, and whether rivals follow with their own unified integrity stacks is the thread worth watching.
