Morpheus At City Of Dreams Becomes First Macau Hotel To Receive Three MICHELIN Keys In 2026 Selection
On 23 September 2026, Melco Resorts & Entertainment confirmed that Morpheus, the hotel within its flagship City of Dreams property, has been awarded Three MICHELIN Keys in the MICHELIN Guide’s 2026 global hotel selection.
It is the first hotel in Macau to reach the level, and a promotion from the Two Keys Morpheus held in the 2025 selection. For an integrated-resort operator, a top-tier hospitality mark of this kind speaks directly to the quality of the stay itself.
Morpheus becomes the first Macau hotel with Three MICHELIN Keys
Three MICHELIN Keys is the highest level of recognition in the MICHELIN Key system, described by the Guide as an extraordinary stay.
The 2026 selection comprises 2,832 hotels worldwide, of which 155 hold Three Keys. Morpheus is one of two hotels in Hong Kong and Macau at this level, which is what makes the award the first of its kind for the city.

In its citation, the MICHELIN Guide described Morpheus as combining futuristic architectural design with luxury hospitality, gastronomy and personalized guest services.
Designed by the late visionary architect Dame Zaha Hadid, Morpheus is the world’s first high-rise supported by a free-form steel exoskeleton. It was also named one of the World’s Most Beautiful Hotels by the Prix Versailles, the global architecture and design award at UNESCO.
Located within City of Dreams, it blends luxury accommodation, MICHELIN-starred dining and immersive art experiences.
